How do I know if my current contract with another hauler is still valid?

There are several ways to check the validity of your current contract...

  • Is your contract with your current service provider or was it with an acquired company?  If your contract is with an acquired company then one should read it for assignability.  If assignability is not documented then the contract may be void.
  • Did an authorized person sign the contract?  Perhaps an overzealous sales representative had a receptionist sign the agreement.  If someone without proper authority signed the contract, the contract may be void.
  • Has your company changed its legal entity? You may operate under the same name however different owners or principals may now be involved.  If this is the case, the contract may be void.

Why doesn't 123 Disposal use contracts?

We are a family owned company and feel that we offer great service at better than competitive prices.  Therefore, contracts do not benefit us.
